Successful Change Management
Today’s firms are in constant evolution and employees have to respond to an increasing number of demands, requiring more time and efforts adapting to change. As a manager, you must deploy your leadership skills by stimulating and motivating your team to embrace new situations and evolving workloads. You must understand your role as a manager at every step of the change process as well as their possible impacts on others. To effectively manage change, you must understand the various transition stages and their importance and know how to adjust your communications accordingly.
